Rutgers–Camden awarded strategic $2.5M HHMI grant to improve STEM student retention and graduation rates
To support lasting cultural progress on campus so underrepresented STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) undergraduate students can excel and graduate, the Driving Change Initiative at Rutgers–Camden has been awarded a $2.5 million grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI).

Registration for Fall 2025 Begins
Registration for the Spring 2023 semester opens on Monday, November 7, for all graduate students and undergraduate students who have earned 90+ credits. Registration for undergraduates with 58+ credits opens on Tuesday, November 8, and registration for all students begins Wednesday, November 9.

The Center for Urban Research and Education (CURE) will continue its seminar series on Thursday, November 10, with a presentation by State Senator Nikil Saval, who represents the First Senate District in the Pennsylvania legislature, where he serves as Democratic Chair of the Senate’s Urban Affairs and Housing Committee.
