The aim of this Nurse Education, Practice, Quality and Retention-Clinical Faculty and Preceptor Academies (NEPQR-CFPA) HRSA-funded initiative is to increase the workforce of diverse, qualified clinical faculty and nurse preceptors by recruiting, educating, and producing skilled clinical nursing faculty and nurse preceptors through the Clinical Instructor and Preceptor Preparation (CLIPP) Academy.

The Clinical Instructor and Preceptor Preparation (CLIPP) Academy is designed by Rutgers University School of Nursing-Camden expert nursing faculty to enhance the competency of clinical faculty and nurse preceptors through microlearning modules, an asynchronous, virtual practicum and ongoing support as they transition into their new role as a clinical instructor and/or nurse preceptor.
